Image Folder
You can set the save path when saving photos by clicking Image Mode.
For the detailed directions of Image Folder function, see [2.4 Image Mode].

BSE Offset & PreGain

When using BSE Mode, you can change the brightness of images by adjusting the values
of Offset and PreGain.

Toggle Info.

You can select/release various conditions for measurement on the bottom of the image
screen using the checkbox.

Toggle Info. Ite: It selects/releases all items indicated in the image.

High Voltage: It indicates acceleration voltage.

Magnification: It indicates magnification.

SE & BSE Detector: It indicates Detector Type used.

Vacuum/Sensor: It indicates Vacuum Mode selected.

Note: It indicates the phrases to be indicated temporarily by users. Input in the text box
directly.

Spot Size: It indicates Spot size.

Micron Bar: It indicates scale bar.

Photo: It indicates resolution pixel by mode.

Working distance: It indicates the distance of focus between objective lens and
specimen.

Background: The background on the bottom of the image is indicated in black to
highlight the text.

Date & Time: It indicates the date measured. Input in the text box directly when
changing the date.

Image Filter (Save)

When saving the image, apply Noise Filtering function.

Dual Sensor Mode

It is the function that selects the use of SE/BSE and SE+BSE function.
