Call transfer
Both incoming and ongoing calls can be transferred to other stations.
It is possible to transfer incoming and ongoing calls
Tap the arrow button to bring up the call transfer dialogue.
The following screen appears:

Enter the call number of the desired subscriber via the keypad and tap on the blue button in order
to initiate a call to the entered number. It is also possible to select a desired contact in the address
book in the left keypad sidebar , which has a quickdial function.
Tap on the white button to cancel the transfer process and return to the previous view. The call
will be neither transferred nor rejected.
NOTE: Call behaviour in call app
With an already accepted call, this call will be interrupted until the incoming call is transferred or the
view is switched back from the call app to the preview view without transferring the call.
NOTE: Activate quickdial
In order to use quickdial in the keypad, activate the checkbox
Enable Quickdial
in the WebConfig
at
CUSTOMIZATION > CALL INTERFACE
