Action : In this drop-down list, an action can be selected that will be executed as soon as the
selected event occurs and the condition (if selected) is fulfilled. The following actions are available:
Action Function
HTTP GET
Sends a command with the HTTP GET method to the destination entered in
the field URL (e.g. control a door opener in a third-party system).
HTTP POST
Sends a command with the HTTP POST method with the parameter POST
parameter that is entered in the fields URL (e.g. switch on video URL on an
IP monitor).
Notification dialog
Displays a notification on the display of DUETTO that is entered in the field
Notification dialogue Message .
PIN code dialog
Shows the PIN code dialogue via which the display of the DUETTO device
can be locked. In the field Notification dialogue message , an optional
message can be entered that is shown in the PIN code field of the PIN code
dialogue. The required PIN code to unlock the display can be configured
with the event PIN code entered ( see above ). An example on how to con-
figure a proper PIN code dialogue can be found on page 158 .
Suppress PIN code dialog
Suppresses the PIN code dialogue on the display of the DUETTO device. An
example on how to configure a proper PIN code dialogue can be found on
page 158 .
Switch to...
Switches the view to the app that is selected in the drop-down list App .
Switch to screen
Switches the view to the screen that is selected in the drop-down list
Screen . For further information about the configuration of a screen see
page 76 .
Phone call
Initiates a call to a SIP subscriber whose SIP number or URI is entered in the
field Phone number .
Terminate phone call
Cancels an active SIP call.
Send DTMF tone
Sends DTMF tones to the connected devices. In the field „Send only to
phone number“ a specified device can be determined.
Intercom call
Initiates a call to an Intercom subscriber whose call number is entered in the
field Phone number .
Terminate Intercom call
Cancels an active Intercom call.
Commend direct dialling
(only Intercom)
Performs functions via virtual direct dialling modules (e.g. templates, direct
dialling, control of outputs). DUETTO simulates up to 4 direct dialling mod-
ules with 12 direct dialling buttons each. The modules will automatically be
registered in CCT 800 as soon as the respective CCT 800 configuration is
received from the Intercom Server. In the drop-down list Module/Key ,
select the desired module and key.
NOTE : As of DUETTO version 1.6 in combination with CCT 800 as of version
7.1 it is possible to use up to 8 direct dialling modules with 12 direct dialling
buttons each. For further information about the configuration of direct dial-
ling modules, see manual “
Intercom Server Configuration ”.
Send ICX message (only
Intercom)
Sends an ICX message to the connected devices.
Note: No validation of the ICX message takes place! For further information
about ICX messages, see manual “ ICX protocol ”.
Open intercom door (only
Intercom)
Sends a signal to open a door. In the field „Open door from origin“ the per-
mission to open a door can be defined.
NOTE : It is recommend not to use this action with logic tag buttons.
Toggle intercom privacy
mode (only Intercom)
Toggles the intercom privacy mode on the DUETTO device (
see also
”Example 2: Configuration of a DND button or Privacy Mode button”
on page 164
