Notes:

If you want to configure a programming function on the PBX as a macro,
enter a pause between the password and the programming code
sequence.

Pauses cannot be entered at the beginning of a macro.

The maximum pause time is 5 seconds. This restriction does not apply
for the C command (waiting for a connection).
