Call Forwarding

Destino de desvío

Enter destination number

Important:

If a destination number key is adopted from the telephone book, it must
be changed, if necessary, by hand as the adopted phone number could
contain invalid special characters (permitted are the special characters
# and *).

Internal destination: The internal phone number without ** must be
entered.

External destination: The exchange line access number must always be
entered if the automatic exchange line request is disabled. If the
automatic exchgange line request is enabled, the phone number must
always be entered without exchange line access number.

Call Forwarding for External Numbers

When call forwarding for external numbers is used, calls directed to an
external number (dialled by an external caller) are rerouted to other external
connections. This allows these calls to be taken on another telephone,
for example, on a mobile phone if no one can take the call internally.

Call forwarding for external numbers can be configured for the current
configuration or for the permanent configuration.

The call forwarding for external numbers is set up in the PBX, using the
system telephone, and is executed there.
