Functions

Boss/Secretary Function (System Telephone)

During an incoming call, rerouted calls are shown on the display of the boss
telephone. Press the secretary key to pick up this call.

In addition, the corresponding LED indicates the status of the function.

Requirements for using the function:

•

Telephone is system telephone on the PBX

•

A suitably configured boss key on the secretary telephone

Proceed as follows by assigning the function key:

The function can only be set up on a programmable function key

that has an LED (not on a touch function key).
