Deleting Messages from the Message List

You can delete messages from a voice mail/fax box either singly or all at
once (together with the voice memos).

Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone

1. Open the message list of the voice mail/fax box.

2. Only for voice mailboxes: In the list field on the left, above the message

list, select one of the following options:

: Displays all the entries saved in the message

list.

Solo mensajes

: Displays only the messages saved in the message list.

Solo notas de voz

: Displays only the voice memos saved in the

message list.

Archivo

: Displays the voice mailbox archive.

Locuciones

: Displays the saved and free announcements for the voice

mailbox.

Grabar nota de voz

: Starts the recording of a voice memo.
