Service and Maintenance

Update and Provisioning

In order to use the new features after the telephone's firmware has been
updated, you often may need to update the PBX firmware (see PBX‘s
Advanced Information).

URL del servidor de actualización

To automatically update the firmware you must enter the URL of the update
server. The URL of the update server is already entered in the factory
settings. However, if it is not, or if you want to change the URL, follow the
instructions below.

If you have entered the address of an update server, you can check the
update settings and the functioning of the server by performing an update
test.

Requirements:

The PBX or telephone must be connected to a broadband Internet
connection

•

The address of the DNS server must be entered in
