Transferring
Placing Call Partner in Waiting Loop
Requirements:

Internal transfer destination

Telephone is a system telephone on the PBX or placing in the waiting
loop is performed on the PBX for which the sequence

has been
entered under
Ajustes > Proveedores y centralitas > Name of
Provider/PBX > Números especiales > Keypad sequence for
waiting loop
.
Note:
With some PBXs the function is limited to external callers (see
Advanced Information of the PBX).
If the internal telephone to which you are trying to transfer a call is busy,
proceed as follows:
1. Tap on
.
2. Put down the receiver.
The call partner continues to listen to the on-hold music.
As soon as the internal subscriber hangs up the receiver, this commu-
nication partner is called. Once they accept the call, they are connected
with the subscriber in the waiting loop.
Notes:
If the internal subscriber does not answer the call within 60 seconds, or
the line remains busy during the three minute waiting time, the call will
be transferred back to you.
