The table below describes the Trace File Configuration fields.
CRS Log Collection Tool
The CRS Log Collection Tool provides the ability to collect all log files from the CRS
server into one zip file. The tool also provides the ability to write the zip file to a local
or network drive.

Cisco CRS Utilities
Cisco CRS has additional tools to help you manage system components:

CRS Admin Utility. Enables you to change or synchronize passwords for
CRS Windows User accounts (see
CRS Admin Utility, page 8-39 ).
• Cisco CRS Serviceability Utility. Enables you to synchronize LDAP server
bootstrap information between a CRS node and LDAP server, update CRS IP
address information, update Unified CM IP address information and update
Field Name Description
File Name Prefix A prefix to be added to each trace file name.
File Extension The extension to be added to the trace file name.
Number of Trace Files The number of trace files to be retained by the system.
Trace File Size The maximum file size for each trace file retained by the system.
