Creating a Remote Monitoring Supervisor
Use the User Management web page to assign supervisor privileges to a user.
Procedure
Step 1
From the CRS Administration menu bar, choose Tools > User Management.
The User Management web page appears. The following fields are displayed on
the User Management web page.
Step 2
Do the following:
a.
Select a User ID in the CMUsers list.
Note
Remote Monitoring uses Supervisor User IDs containing numeric
characters, only.
b.
Deselect the A-Administrator checkbox and select the S- Supervisor
checkbox.
c.
Use the arrow icon to move the User ID to the CRS Administrator /
Supervisor list.
Field Description
Search
Enables you to search for a specific Unified CM user.
CRS Administrator/
Supervisor List Box
Stores the administrators and supervisors.
Note
The Supervisor option is only included with Unified CCX
packages.
CMUsers List Box
Lists all of the Unified CM users who can be added as CRS supervisors or
administrators. This list box contains a maximum of 75 user names. You
can use the search feature to find a specific user if there are more than 75
users.
Group Drop-Down Menu
Checkbox specifying the access level:
A - Administrator
S - Supervisor.
