Controllo avanzamento e riduzione della potenza
emessa dalle lampade in caso di transito discontinuo
dei pezzi a mezzo di fotocellula posta in ingresso al
tunnel. Tale dispositivo viene impostato in funzione del
tempo di spegnimento-accensione e della velocita’ del
trasportatore.
Il quadro contente i trasformatori è integrato al
trasportatore (posto sotto di esso). L’interfaccia
operatore a mezzo PLC con tastiera Touch-Screen offre
la possibilità di comando e visualizzazione di:
- Accensioni ventilatori
- Accensioni lampade
- Corrente assorbita
- Potenza specifica in uso
- Ricette di set-up
- Diagnostica allarmi
Il forno è completo di trasportatore a tapparelle cromate
al cui termine può essere installato un tratto a rulli per
facilitare lo scarico dei pezzi. Variazione elettronica
della velocità a mezzo inverter.

Control of progress and reduction of lamp emission
power in the case of discontinuous piece transit using
the photocell placed at the tunnel inlet. This device is set
according to the shut-off - turn on time and speed of the
conveyor.
The cabinet that holds the transformers is integrated
into the conveyor (placed underneath it). The operator
interface which uses the PLC with Touch Screen
keyboard offers the possibility of controlling and
displaying:
- Fan activation
- Lamp activation
- Absorbed current
- Specific power in use
- Recipes during the set-up phase
- Fault diagnostics
The oven includes a chromium-plated roller conveyor. A
roller section can be added at the end of the conveyor to
aid piece ejection. An inverter is used to vary the speed
electronically.
