9.3 TRASPORTATORE
9.3.1 Sostituzione tapparelle
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Allentare la catena A tramite il tenditore B;
- Sollevare leggermente la catena A, avendo cura di
non farla uscire completamente dal relativo pignone;
- Sfilare la tapparella C;
- Sostituire la tapparella danneggiata;
- Riposizionare correttamente la tapparella nuova;
- A sostituzione ultimata, regolare la tensione della
catena A attenendosi a quanto riportato nel §4.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
9.3 CONVEYOR SYSTEM
9.3.1 Conveyor roller replacement
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- Loosen the chain A using the tensioner B;
- Lift the chain A slightly, making sure that it does not
completely come out of the relative pinion;
- Remove the roller C;
- Replace the damaged roller;
- Reposition the new roller correctly;
- When the replacement is complete, adjust the
tension of the chain A, following the instructions in
chapter 4.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
