2.2 IMPIEGO DELLA MACCHINA
Questa macchina é stata realizzata per i seguenti
impieghi:
Essiccazione di prodotto verniciante UV applicato
sulle parti in lavorazione quali pannelli lineari semplici o
sagomati.
2.3 PRESTAZIONI MASSIME
Il massimo livello di prestazione globale della macchina
viene programmato ed ottimizzato in fase di collaudo,
per l’ intera fase di operatività.
E’ raccomandato di non apportare modifiche ai dati
storici di collaudo, senza aver prima contattato per
informazioni l’UFFICIO ASSISTENZA TECNICA
CEFLA.
Qualsiasi alterazione, comporta l’immediato
decadimento globale della garanzia sulla macchina e
sulle apparecchiature funzionali ed accessorie.
Le prestazioni massime ottenibili dalla macchina sono
riportate nel paragrafo inerente i dati tecnici.
2.4 SCHEMI ELETTRICI-PNEUMATICI-
ELETTRONICI
In conformità alle norme C.E.I. all’ interno del quadro
elettrico generale (QEG) è posta una copia della
seguente documentazione:
- Schema impianto elettrico generale.
- Schema impianto elettropneumatico.
2.2 USE OF THE MACHINE
The machine is designed for the following jobs:
Drying of UV glazing products applied to work-pieces
such as simple or shaped linear panels.
2.3 MACHINE CAPABILITIES
Overall machine performance is programmed and
optimized during the final machine inspection for the
entire operating phase.
The machine operating data entered during inspection
must not be altered in any way without first contacting
CEFLA’s SERVICE DEPT..
Any unauthorized modifications to the machine will
entitle the manufacturer to void the warranty that covers
the machine, the standard and optional equipment.
Refer to the Specifications chapter for further
information regarding the maximum capabilities of the
machine.
2.4 ELECTRONIC, PNEUMATIC AND
ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT DIAGRAMS
In compliance with the CEI regulations, a copy of the
following technical documentation is supplied with the
machine .It is found within the electrical enclosure of the
machine (QEG):
- General wiring diagram.
- Electro-pneumatic schematic.
