7.3 TRASPORTATORE
7.3.1 Pulizia e lubrificazione
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- SUPPORTI A CUSCINETTO
Ogni 1000 ore di funzionamento lubrificare con
grasso-CUS (vedi tabella lubrificanti), utilizzando
gli appositi ingrassatori. Periodicamente verificare
che non producano vibrazioni o rumori anomali e, se
necesario, eseguirne la sostituzione.
- CATENE E PIGNONI
Ogni 100 ore di funzionamento lubrificare con olio
OPTIMOL VISCOGEN KL23 o equivalente. Prima di
eseguire la lubrificazione, pulire le parti interessate.
- CUSCINETTI
I cuscinetti sono provvisti di guarnizioni striscianti
e vengono forniti di lubrificazione permanente, per
cui non necessitano di interventi. Periodicamente
verificare che non producano vibrazioni o rumori
anomali e, se necesario, eseguirne la sostituzione.
- GUIDE DI SCORRIMENTO
Durante la manutenzione periodica della catena,
lubrificare e controllare lo stato di usura delle guide di
scorrimento.Nel caso in cui siano usurate, procedere
alla immediata sostituzione delle stesse.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
7.3 CONVEYOR SYSTEM
7.3.1 Cleaning and lubrication
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- SUPPORT BEARINGS
Lubricate the support bearings every 1000 hours of
operation with CUS grease (see Lubricant Table)
using the appropriate greasers. Periodically make
sure that the bearings do not produce vibrations or
strange noises. Change them if necessary.
- CHAINS AND PINIONS
Lubricate the chains and pinions every 100
hours with OPTIMOL VISCOGEN KL23 oil or
the equivalent. Clean the interested parts before
lubricating them.
- BEARINGS
The bearings are provided with contact seals and
supplied with permanent lubrication. Therefore, no
operations are necessary. Periodically make sure
that the bearings do not produce vibrations or strange
noises. Change them if necessary.
- SLIDE GUIDES
Check the state of wear and lubricate the slide
guides during periodic maintenance operations of
the chains. If the slide guides are worn, replace them
immediately.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
