4.3 TRASPORTATORE
4.3.1 Tensionamento catene di trasporto
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Allentare i dadi A e le viti B;
- Agire alternativamente ed uniformemente sui
tenditori C, in modo che entrambe le catene D
raggiungano la stessa tensione;
- A regolazione ultimata, serrare i dadi A e le viti B;
- Eseguire alcuni cicli produttivi e verificare la corretta
regolazione.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
Non tendere eccessivamente la catena, per
evitare una rapida usura di quest’ultima e/o
anomalie di funzionamento della macchina.
4.3 CONVEYOR SYSTEM
4.3.1 Tensioning the drive chains
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- Loosen nuts A and screws B;
- Operate on tensioners C in an alternate and uniform
manner in order to make both chains D reach the
same tensioning value;
- Once the adjustment is made, lock nuts A and screws
B;
- Perform a few production cycles and check for correct
adjustment.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
Do not tension the chain too much to avoid quick
wear and/or machine operation malfunctions.
