Blacklisting : Max # dial attempts
Black List Setting
10 seconds delay before the first retry.
2 minutes delay between subsequent attempts.
After 10 attempts, a manual restart is required. This is done by
pressing the data button twice, or power cycling the modem.
These rules do not apply to manual redialled attempts.
