Maintenance Procedures
Replace Quad T1 Framer Card
Restore Clock Sources (if required)
1. If primary clock source was temporarily moved, restore original clock source with the following
command, where
<n>
is the DS1 number:
set clock1 ds1 <n>
Example: set clock1 ds1 25
2. If secondary clock source was temporarily moved, restore original clock source with the following
command, where
<n>
is the DS1 number:
set clock2 ds1 <n>
Example: set clock2 ds1 29
3. If either clock source has been moved, verify restored clock source settings with the following
command, where
<n>
is the DS1 number:
show clock
A message similar to the following will appear.
Primary Master Transmit Clock Source: DS1 12
Secondary Master Transmit Clock Source: INTERNAL
4. End management session by entering following command:
exit
