Event Message Description Trouble Clearing Procedure
Alarm Count List
Change Event Report Service Problem.
(Reported only if the alarm count
list has been created. The alarm
count list is created by DMS
switches.)
The number of alarms active in the
Access Navigator has changed.
Only those alarms reportable to
the switch and excluding Service
Problems are included in the alarm
count list. The alarm is cleared after all
events reportable to the switch
have been cleared.
Analog Line
Termination Out of
Service Event Report Service Problem.
A previously in-service DS0
configured as an analog line
termination has been disabled
(
set ds0 <n:ch> down
) or an
error condition has been detected
and the DS1 is now out of service.
Correct the problem with the
incoming DS1 signal, or provision
the DS1 as out of service.
DS1 Out of Service Event Report Service Problem
(Reported only if DS1 type =
SWITCH).
A previously in-service DS1 has
been disabled (
set ds1 <n>
down
) or an error condition has
been detected and the DS1 is now
out of service.
Correct the problem with the
incoming DS1 signal, or provision
the DS1 as out of service.
System Alarm State
Change Event Report Service Problem
(5ESS only).
The severity of the system alarm
state has changed. Only those
events reportable to the switch and
excluding Service Problems are
included in the system alarm state. The alarm is cleared after all
events reportable to the switch
have been cleared.
