Spare Parts Replacement Procedures
Set Sensor, Pressure Disc Plunger
Replacement Procedure
1. Disconnect the set sensor assembly harness connector (J1) from the Display Board.
2. Grasp the body of the set sensor with pliers and turn anti-clockwise.
3. Break the set sensor assembly loose as it is glued in place.
4. Remove the one screw securing the pressure disc plunger.
5. Remove the pressure disc plunger and spring.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.

Refitting notes:
1) Thread the set sensor into the
door until the optical end is
recessed 0.25 0.05/-
0.15 from the recessed inner
circle on the inside face of the
door.
2) Use Loctite 38050 and TAK
PAK 11525 accelerate to fix
the set sensor in place.
