A. Scanner Drive Assembly

1. Removing the Scanner Drive

Motor

1) Remove the four screws, and remove the rear

cover.

2) Remove the three screws, and remove the fly-

wheel.

3) Remove the four screws

and the spring

then, remove the scanner drive motor

2. Removing the Scanner Cable

1) Remove the following:

• Copyboard glass
• Control panel
• Rear cover, upper rear cover, right cover,

left cover

2) Remove the metal fixings

(front, rear) of

the scanner cable.
