2.21 PORT ERRORS SCREEN
The Port Errors screen is a read-only screen that is used to view all errors that have occurred
on each interface. The screen displays errors that have been both received and transmitted
from the interface.
To access the Port Errors screen, perform the following steps:
1.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the PORT ERRORS menu item on the Module
Configuration menu screen.
2.
Press ENTER. The Port Errors screen,

2.21.1 Port Errors Screen Fields
The following section provides definitions of the Port Errors screen fields:
INTERFACE
Displays all front panel interfaces. The last six digits of the Interface field represent the ANIM
number and port number of that ANIM respectively. For example, the first entry of the
Interface field in
Figure 2-22
(00010101) indicates that this interface is port 1 of ANIM 1 of
the individual module that has been selected from the Module Selection screen (
Figure 2-8
).
NOTE
Due to the fact that the 9A686-04 uses 64 bit counters, values on this screen are
displayed in hexadecimal format.
