Control cabinets from other manufacturers must be equipped with corresponding cable ducts, to ensure
compliance with IP 54 protection class.
4.3.7
Rework station
Rework stations are always needed where automatic tightenings have generated a faulty tightening (e. g.
NOK tightening that could not be automatically corrected by reworking in the tightening system). Rework
stations are usually assigned to several tightening positions, i. e. various tightening programs are
necessary for reworking and they can be selected by the worker as needed.
Rework stations typically consist of:
•
a hand-held nutrunner channel (ErgoSpin)
•
a hand-held (stationary) tightening channel or
•
a hand-held (stationary) multiple nutrunner.

The tightening channel is configured as follows:
Rework stations should be used as independent tightening cells to e. g. ensure reworking if other
tightening stations fail.
