Program selector
The program selector is used to select the appropriate tightening program or tightening application for
hand-held nutrunners:

The program selector is available in three versions:
•
with 12 programs: Program 0-11
•
with 16 programs: Program 0-15
By connecting the program selector to a 24-V interface (
IM24V,
inserted into the tightening controller/
communication unit), the appropriate input signal will be set to the interface depending on the switch
position. Here, the four inputs
0.0
to
0.3
are used as a 4-bit word. The program/application can therefore
be selected by assignment to the program selection bits

to
Prog3
(when connected to a tightening
controller) or
FO x Seq0
to
FO x Seq3
(when connected to a communication unit) in the PLC table.
