Identification of the compact system/card rack field and the modules

To identify compact system, card rack field, and modules label areas (see applicable installation
instructions) are provided on which the respective device can be identified.

System box

Cable duct strip

A cable duct strip to run any type of cable (e.g. spindle connection, network coupler cables (NKL),
motor-breaker, etc.) is included by default in the system boxes. The strip uses rubber seals and does not
require any plugs. The strip can be loosened with simple tools and can then hold assembled cables.

4.3.6.3

Card rack field

The BT365 card rack fields are intended for installation in 19” control cabinets (W x H x D = 483 mm x
310 mm [7 HE] x 381mm). Depending on the ambient conditions and the heat energy (power loss) to be
dissipated per BT365, the card rack fields may be installed directly above or next to each other, or with
an intermediate space in between.

The BT365 card rack field can be bolted to the front side of a 19” installation frame or to the rear on a
mounting plate.

2) ATTENTION: To ensure that the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner is integrated in the emergency OFF circuit (emergency OFF interface XDN2),
switch S2 must be in position "1", see chapter 4, Tab. 9 of the LTS350D/LTE350D operating instructions. In this configuration, the start switch of
the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner no longer has an effect on the motor contactor. Release of the start switch results in a stop after PL = a.

In the system box, the label area of the card rack field is only visible if the door is open.
