Spindle status Status of each individual spindle:
– Byte 1-2: Consecutive number of the tightening position in the
application (value range: 01-10)
– Byte 3-4: Channel ID (value range: 01-40)
– Byte 5: Tightening status (value range: 0: NOK, 1: OK)
– Byte 6: Torque status (value range: 0: Low, 1: OK, 2: High). At spindle
bypass (bypass), the value 0 is entered.
– Byte 7-12: Torque result multiplied by 100 as whole number
(decimals are cut off; value range: 000000-999999)
– Byte 13: Angle status (value range: 0: Low, 1: OK, 2: High)
At spindle bypass (bypass), the value 0 is entered.
– Byte 14-18: Angle of turn (value range: 00000-99999)
The information content of each spindle consists of 18 ASCII characters.
