"Start Calibration" (only for devi‐
ces with touchscreen operation)
Calibration of the touch display can be started by touching the "Start Calibra‐
tion" button. Crosses will appear, first in the middle and then in each corner
of the display; you have to touch each cross once with the touch pen. After
you have confirmed all crosses, you have to press the "Enter" key with the
external keyboard connected in order to apply the settings. If there is no con‐
nected keyboard, it is sufficient to touch the display to get back to the menu.
To store the settings of touch calibration permanently, you have
to press the touch button "Save Registry Settings" or answer the
question regarding the storage of the Registry with "Yes" after
having exited "Setup-Main".
"Change Display Mode" (only for
devices with touchscreen opera‐
tion)
For touch devices (VCP 11.2 and VCP 25.2), the display mode can be modi‐
fied, if necessary. This is required, if the device is to be integrated in the in‐
stallation in upright format (portrait format) and not in horizontal format (land‐
scape format).
To do this, the "Change Display Mode" button has to be touched. Select the
desired mode and confirm with "OK". In this screen, it is also possible to
switch the LCD saver on and off.
After the display mode has been changed, touch calibration must
be repeated. Since the calibration of the old mode is still active
and the user interface of "Setup-Main" has already been
changed, touch calibration can only be activated with the external
keyboard.
