. While the utility runs, DOS prompts will flash across the monitor. Do not click or type in the DOS prompts. This
step may take a few minutes depending on the chosen log type and computer speed. When the utility is finished, an event log is
displayed.

. Browse to the folder containing the upload.zip file and e-mail the file to [email protected].
