Use this software screen to:
Search for data to be edited:
1. From the main menu select [Routine], [QC Monitor], [QC Data Edit].
2. To search for data by sample number, enter a QC sample number at the "sample number"
field. To search for data by test, press function key F8 (test no.), then enter the test
number in the "test number" field and select "OK."
Tips
To modify the index date and time, use the pull-down menu located by the index field. Select an index
date and time using your mouse.
3. To begin the search, press function key F5 (data display).
Edit the data and/or error flags:
The data and error flags from quality control analysis can be edited as required.
1. From the main menu select [Routine], [QC Monitor], [QC Data Edit].
2. To search for data by sample number, enter a QC sample number at the "sample number"
field. To search for data by test, press function key F8 (test no.), then enter the test
number in the "test number" field and select "OK."
Tips
To modify the index date and time, use the pull-down menu located by the index field. Select an index
date and time using your mouse.
3. To begin the search, press function key F5 (data display).
4. Press function key F5 (edit result).
A window appears.
5. Enter a numerical value. To move to another field select it with your mouse. If you are
modifying an error flag, click on the check box by the "Flag" field and enter up to two
error flags.
6. After the entry is complete, select "Close."
The settings will be saved.
7. Press function key F2 (exit) twice.
Tip
When the QC data are edited, check whether the edited data are within the accumulation period. When
they are within the accumulation period, the edited contents must be reflected in the cumulative value.
Update the cumulative value to reflect the edited contents in the cumulative value. Perform the update in
[Parameters], [QC Control], [QC Specific].
