Use this software screen to:
Set general print options:
1. Select [Parameters], [Format], [Printer].
2. Press function key F4 (set).
3. Select the "Lists" field to print list options in the menus.
4. Select the "Batch Report" field to print reports after the sample data for each report is
complete.
5. Move the cursor to the "Real-time Print" field. Use the pull-down menu to make a
selection.
Print batch reports:
1. Select [Parameters], [Format], [Printer].
2. Press function key F4 (set).
3. Select the "Lists" field if you want to be able to print list options in the menus.
4. Select the "Batch Report" field.
5. Move the cursor to the "Real-time Print" field. Use the pull-down menu to select: Data
Log List. Press function key F2 (exit) twice.
6. After analysis is complete, select [Routine], [Data Report], [Report] for the reports you
want to print. Set the index from the pull-down menu.
7. Select the sample type and sample number or ID to print.
5. If you want to add a report operator name, or restrict the printing by a certain sex and/or
age, select function key F5 (search add). From the "Sex" field, use the pull-down menu
to select male or female. From the "Age" field, enter the age range in years and months.
From the "Report Operator" field, enter the name of the person who is printing the
reports. To use this option, the coordinates must be set in the [Common Format] screen
for "Report Operator." Verify the "Output Test" field is set to "All Test" to print. Select
"Yes."
6. Select function key F3 (print).
Start printing? OK
7. Optional: Select function key F6 (list pending) to print a list of samples that have not
had a report printed yet.
Set up a second printer:
1. First set the "second printer" field to "Yes" located in [Parameters], [System], [Option].
2. Select [Parameters], [Format], [Printer].
Set the second printer fields for use as required
in your laboratory by selecting function key F5 (second printer).
