Description:
Use this screen to set specific parameters for each of the individual tests. Enter specific
parameters based on the reagent manufacturer’s methodology sheet. Beckman Coulter
methodology sheets are located in the User’s Guide Vol. II.
Use this software to:
View and/or Program Specific Test Parameters
1. Select [Parameters], [Specific Test Parameters].
2. Select a test by using the pull-down menu or the ►◄ buttons to the Test Name Field.
3. Select on of the following tabs: General, LIH, ISE, or Range.

Enter Specific Test Parameters
Select function F4 (Set) to program parameters for the selected test.

Use the pull-down menu or </> to select a test name
Type
Use the pull-down menu to select “serum,” “Urine,” or “other
Operation:
Select "Yes" to perform the test for each sample type, or "No" not to.
Sample Volume

Sample Dilution
All sample types: Enter 0 or 10 uL.
Note: If a sample dilution volume of 10 uL is entered, the maximum
sample volume is 25 uL.

Enter 25 to 300 uL (in 1.0 uL increments).
Dilution:
Enter 0 or 10 to 250 uL.

Enter 0 (no R2 reagent) or 25 to 300 uL (in 1.0 uL increments)
Dilution:
Enter 0 or 10 to 250 uL.
Wavelength Pri.:
Select 340, 380, 410, 450, 480, 520, 540, 570, 600, 660, 700, 750, 800. Each
assay must have a primary wavelength.
