Important
Use a pressure gauge and hydraulic hose
which can withstand the pressure of 8.8 MPa
(89.7 kgf/cm
2
) (1276.3 psi) or more.
Prepare and assemble branched joint 1/4
and adapter 1013-6.
Wrap the adapter with seal tape.

Remove a hydraulic hose from the steering
cylinder mounted on the inside of the left
rear wheel.
The hydraulic hose to remove is on the shaft
side.

Install branched joint 1/4 so that it is inserted
between the steering cylinder coupling and
hydraulic hose.
At this time, install it so that the tip of adapter
1013-6 attached to the branched joint is
toward the front.

measurements
Start the engine, and allow the hydraulic oil
temperature to increase to the same
temperature as during ordinary use.
Check that there is no hydraulic oil leaking
from the location where the pressure gauge
was installed.
Sit on the driver's seat.
Rev the engine up to the maximum rpm.
Turn the steering to the left so that steering
is to the left.
At this time, be careful that the tire does not
come into contact with the person holding
the pressure gauge.
When the steering cylinder becomes
compressed, turn the steering wheel further
to the left.
At this time, measure the pressure.
The steering circuit relief valve pressure is
set to 8.8 MPa (89.7 kgf/cm
2
) (1276.3 psi).
