Install a new brake wire.

Caution
Brakes with different effectiveness on the left
and right sides may result in an unexpected
accident.
Adjust the brakes.
Reference:

Important
When tightening the bolts, do so in the correct
tightening sequence (diagonally opposite).
Install the front tires.
Temporarily tighten the bolts.
Rotate the front tires by hand to check that
the brakes do not drag.
Remove the jack stand.
Remove the jack.

Tighten all bolts of the front tires to their
specified torque.
Note:
Bolt tightening torque: 67 - 85 N-m (683.20
- 866.75 kgf-cm)
Start the engine and drive to check the
following.
Make sure that heat is not generated in
the brake area.
Make sure that the left and right brakes
are equally effective.
If the left and right brakes are not equally
effective, make adjustments to the brakes.

Pivot
Replacement of Bushing
If the bushing becomes damaged due to
wear, insufficient lubrication, or due to water
penetration, the bushing may develop
looseness and the pivot will not move
smoothly.
If the pivot does not move smoothly, inspect
the bushing, and if necessary, replace the
bushing.
Caution
Exercise care in handling the pivot since it is
heavy.
Important
When removing the bushing, secure the pivot
so that it does not move.
Prepare a bearing puller.
