Use a wire to check that the key is in the
key groove of the wheel motor shaft.

Install the washer and slotted nut.
Install the special F wheel mount fixing kit,
and secure it with the bolts.

Tighten the slotted nut with a torque
wrench.
Note:
Tightening torque
280 - 300 N-m
(2,855.16 - 3,059.10 kgf-cm)
If the hole of the cotter pin does not fit even
after tightening the slotted nut by the
above-mentioned tightening torque, tighten
it more until it fits into the hole.
When the hole fits, install the cotter pin into
the slotted nut.

Follow the steps below to install the brake
wire.
Loosen the brake wire lock nut of the
brake pedal side.
Tighten the lock nut at the end of the
threaded section of the adjustment bolt.

Align the pin holes so that the flat-head
pin is fully within the connection of the
cam lever and brake wire, and connect
the brake wire and cam lever with the
flat-head pin, washer, and cotter pin.
Press the cam lever lightly in the
direction of arrow A with your finger to
eliminate play in the cam lever.
While there is no play in the cam lever,
adjust the adjustment bolt with the lock
nut so that the cam lever can be pulled
back by 3.0 mm (0.12 in) in the direction
of arrow B, to create play in the cam
lever.
After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
