Reel Rotation Solenoid Valve Operation
Front mower rotation solenoid
The hydraulic circuit is switched with the
signal from the terminal relay and relay 8/
unit position detection, to control the front
mower unit reel cutter rotation.
The operation of this solenoid opens the
hydraulic path and the front mower unit
reel cutter rotates.
Rear mower rotation solenoid
The hydraulic circuit is switched with the
signal from the terminal relay, to control
the rear mower unit reel cutter rotation.
The operation of this solenoid opens the
hydraulic path and the rear mower unit
reel cutter rotates.
Front mower, rear mower reverse rotation
solenoid
The hydraulic circuit is switched with the
signal from the terminal relay, to control
the forward/reverse rotation of the reel
cutter.
The operation of this solenoid switches the
hydraulic circuit, to reverse the direction of
rotation when the reel cutter is rotating.
Mower Up/Down Solenoid Valve
The mower up/down solenoid valve is
installed on the rear of the #1 mower unit.
The operation of the solenoid valve switches
the hydraulic path within the mower up/down
solenoid valve to control the cylinder mounted
to the lift arm.
The up/down solenoid of all mowers controls
the down operation of all mower units, and the
#4, #5 mower up/down solenoid stops the unit
in an intermediate position during work.

Mower Up/Down Solenoid Valve Operation
All mower up/down solenoid
The hydraulic circuit is switched with the
electrical signal from the terminal relay, to
control the down of all mower units.
The operation of this solenoid opens the
hydraulic path for the down circuit of all
mower units.
#4 mower, #5 mower up/down solenoid
The hydraulic circuit is switched with the
electrical signal from the terminal relay, to
control the up of #4 mower unit and #5
mower unit.
The operation of this solenoid closes the
hydraulic path to stop the #4 mower unit
and #5 mower unit moving up.
Electromagnetic Check Valve
The electromagnetic check valve is installed
under the piston pump.
It controls the cylinder mounted to the lift arm.
The hydraulic path in the electromagnetic
check valve is switched according to the
activation of the solenoid valves.
The #2, #3 mower up solenoid controls the
up/down of the rear mower unit, and is
mounted to generate a delay when the front
mower unit moves up/down.
