Adjust the adjustment bolt (engine side) so
that the engine low speed stopper bolt
makes contact with the rotation adjustment
lever.

Adjust the adjustment bolt with the nut so
that the clearance between the throttle wire
joint parts is 1.0 mm (0.039 in) when the
rotation adjustment lever makes contact with
the engine low speed stopper bolt.

Start the engine.
Adjust the high speed stopper bolt by
loosening the nut so that the maximum
engine speed is 3,100 rpm when the throttle
lever stopper makes contact with the high
speed stopper bolt.

Tighten the nut.
