Mower Unit Up/Down Circuit
The up/down of the mower unit is controlled by the following electrical components.
Traveling/Working selector switch
Proximity switch /#4 mower
Proximity switch /#5 mower
Proximity switch/Up/down lever (up)
Proximity switch/Up/down lever (down)
On delay timer
Each relay
Each solenoid valve
Operating outline of electrical circuits during mower unit up/down
The operation of the proximity switch/up/down lever (up/down) operates the terminal relay and on
delay timer to control the up/down solenoid.
The operation of the on delay timer moves the rear mower unit up/down with a 0.6 second delay
after the front mower unit operates.
In operating mode, proximity switch /#4, #5 mower detection is used to control the terminal relays,
which stops the mower unit in an intermediate position.
Inspect and adjust the mower unit up/down circuit if there is a defect with the up/down operation of
the mower unit.
