3.1.1 Connecting the ASSKEA secretion
aspirators S-series
Check whether the stated mains cable
(see section 7 ‘Technical data’) is pres-
ent and whether there is any damage.
Replace the mains cable immediately
if there is any damage.
For the mains-operated aspiration devices,
use the mains connection (fig. 1(G)) to con-
nect the device to the mains power supply
with the aid of the mains cable. Make sure
that the device is positioned in such a way
that it is possible to easily disconnect it later.
First connect the mains cable to the mains
connection of the ASSKEA secretion aspi-
rator S-series and then to the mains power
supply. Information on the permissible envi-
ronmental conditions during operation can
be found in section 7 ‘Technical data’.
3.1.2 Connecting the ASSKEA secretion
aspirators M-series
Check whether the stated power sup-
ply unit and mains cable (see section 7
‘Technical data’) is present and wheth-
er there is any damage. Replace the
power supply unit or mains cable im-
mediately if there is any damage.
For the network-independent aspiration
devices, use the socket for the 12 V power
supply unit (fig. 2(G), fig. 3(H)) to connect
the device to the mains power supply with
the aid of the supplied power supply unit to
charge or operate it as needed. Make sure
that the device is positioned in such a way
that it is possible to easily disconnect it lat-
er. First connect the power supply unit to
the socket for the power supply unit of the
ASSKEA secretion aspirator M-series and
then to the mains power supply. Information
on the permissible environmental conditions
during operation can be found in section 7
‘Technical data’.
