POINT
Polarity is not particularly specified in regard to con-
nection to the remote interlock connector. The figure
below shows the interior equivalent circuit.

Unless the following three conditions are met, no opti-
cal output will be made from the light source.
(1) The optical output ON/OFF key on the front panel
of the light source is ON.
(2) The remote interlock connector is in the state of
short circuit.
(3) Optical output modifier key switch is ON.
