Address field.
Configuring the WAP200G for Secured Bridge Mode
Communication
After logging into the WAP200G within Bridge Mode, the default Status page appears within the
web browser. These read-only values are "pulled" from some of the other user-configurable
Configuration Utility pages.

Press the Wireless tab, from the Configuration Utility to open the Basic Wireless
Configuration page (FIG. 36). The most important aspect to note when configuring the
WAP200G for secured Bridge Mode communication is the Desired MAC Address and the
SSID.
The Desired MAC Address is the unique MAC Address used by the target WAP with
which this bridged WAP200G will be communicating with.

Press the right drop-down arrow and choose a network type from the Wireless Network Type
field listing. This selection determines the communication target of this WAP200G
Infrastructure (default) allows the WAP200G to a target Wireless Access Point. With
this selection, a radio channel is not necessary.
Ad-hoc allows the WAP200G to connect to another Bridge or wireless station. With this
selection, a radio channel must be chosen.
Peer to Peer allows the WAP200G to create a communication "tunnel" with another P2P
Bridge.

After logging into the WAP200G you can change the default User Name and
Password.
The WAP200G is now accessible within the Bridge Mode.
The Bridge Mode configuration screens are very similar to the Access Point
configuration screens, except for two sections of the Wireless configuration screen
and one section within the Advanced configuration screen.
