Verify that all communicating Modero panels are using the same SSID, encryption level,
default Key #, and an identical Current Key value.
As an example, all panels should be set to Default Key #1 and be using aa:bb:cc ..as the
Current Key string value. This same Key value and Current Key string should be used on
the target WAP.

Repeat steps 1 - 3 on each panels. Using the same passphrase, generates the same key for
all communicating Modero panels.

From within the Security and Encryption Settings page of the WAP200G Configuration Utility,
select the 64/128 bit hex digit encryption matching the panels. This value must match the
settings of the communicating Modero panels. If the panels are set to WEP 128, this value
must be 128 bit (26 hex digits).

From the WAP’s Default WEP Key to use field (FIG. 31), use the drop-down arrow to choose
the same value as assigned to the panel (from 1 - 4). This WEP Key identifier value must
match for all devices.
7.
Enter the Current Key string value (displayed within the Current Key field of the panel)
manually into the WEP Key field on the Security and Encryption Settings page. This facilitates
the process of having to enter the long key identically onto all Modero panels.
Configuring the WAP200G with a Static IP Address
After the WAP200G reboots, the browser window displays the Status page.
1. Press the IP Address tab, from the bottom row of the Configuration Utility to open the IP
Address Configuration page (FIG. 33).
