Battery and Battery Charger.

b)   If the battery is very hot, remove the battery from the charger 

adaptor and allow time for the battery to cool down before 

recharging.

c)   The battery in your new tool is not charged when it leaves the 

manufacturer. Therefore it must be fully charged before using 

for the first time.

d)   Charge the battery to reach full or no less than half charge 

before storage. If the tool will not be used for long periods of 

time, charge the battery every 3-6 months.

7.2 How to charge your battery pack (see fig a)

Charging procedure

1.   Connect the battery charger adaptor (1) into the plug pack 

charger (2).

2.   Connect the plug pack charger (2) in to the 240V mains power 

outlet and turn on. A “green” light indicates power.

3.   Slide the battery charger adaptor (1) onto the battery (4) by 

aligning the guiding rails. A click indicates the battery is fitted.

4.   The plug pack charger (2) light will change to “red”. The battery 

is now in the charging process. When the light returns to 

“green”, the battery (4) is fully charged.

NOTE:

 The power to the charger should be turned off when 

unattended, with or without a battery inserted.
