For ISDN, V35 and IP (IP interface in “RTP Point to Point” mode):
CODING: lets you choose the encoding algorithm among the available ones for
the communication type. At the time this manual was written, the available
algorithms are described below. We recommend consulting ANNEXE A to see a
detailed description, as well as additional information on these encoding modes.
o
OPUS (only for IP interface)
Mode: Mono / Stereo
Bit rate: 12Kbps / 20Kbps / 32Kbps / 64Kbps / 128Kbps /192Kbps

o
Hybrid mode 2
TX: G722
RX: MPEGL2_64_48
o
AUTOSYNC: enables the auto-configuration of the encoding
parameters according to the information in the received signal (only for
ISDN and v35)
NOTE: For ISDN only the 64Kbps and 128Kbps modes are available
(depending on the configuration of ISDN interface). For V35 all the 64, 128 and
256Kbps mode are available (depending on the frequency detected for V35
interface).

BACK UP: enables you to configure the automatic backup option in case of connection
failure. The menu and the options included are identical to the ones described
previously in section 3.1.6.1 of this manual.
