If you change the settings in the Hot Spare field, the following
messages appear:
WARNING: Data on drive will be LOST!
Press DELETE if data loss OK or any other key to
cancel.

To close the utility and reboot the server, follow the steps below:

RAID volume initialization
After you create the RAID volume and saved the changes, the disk
controller will automatically initialize the RAID volume. LSI Logic
1020A
supports background initialization, there’s no need to wait for
the initialization to complete. Close the LSI Logic Configuration Utility
after saving the changes.
Using the MegaRAID configuration utility
Turn on the system. When prompted, press
Ctrl+M
to enter the
MegaRAID configuration utility. After a few seconds, the Management
menu appears.
Loading the RAID card default setting

In the Management menu, select
Objects
, then select
Adapter
.
The current adapter settings appear.

Select
Factory Default
, then
Yes
to load the default settings.

Press
Ctrl+Alt+Del
to reboot the server.
