Ensure that your network/
computer is operating at
1000 Mb/s.
The receiving computer is
scanning the network traffic
using e.g. a virus scanner or a
firewall
If possible, disable (at
your own risk) such
services during transfer.

There is no HDMI signal
on the HDMI output ports
Turn on HDMI on the
touch panel.
There is no audio signal
on the headphone
output jack
This port is intended for playback
only and is not active during
recording.
Connect a computer
and inspect the audio
files using the computer
to read the files on the
camera during or after
recording.
An external HDMI screen
does not receive a signal
The HDMI output is not enabled
Enable the HDMI output
using the TOUCHSCREEN
The HDMI output frequency is
wrong
Change the HDMI
output frequency using
the TOUCHSCREEN
An external HD/SDI
converter can not
synchronise
Video tools complain
that the AVI file is
corrupted
This occurs when power is lost
during recording.
Use CFrepair, the AVI
fixer from Cineform, to
repair the AVI files for
the left and right eye
(TBC).
