sensors can be adjusted using the slider
labelled GAMMA. Typically 1.8 is used.

The compression applied to the stored
videos can be adjusted using the slider
labelled COMPRESSION. Typically ‘WEAK’

[Network] DHCP client/server
You can switch the camcorder between
DHCP SERVER and CLIENT mode using
the DHCP SERVER button. In CLIENT
mode the camera will wait for an
external server to assign an IP address
to the camera. IN SERVER mode the

connected equipment, in the range of
192.168.100.20 - 192.168.100.254.
[Network] IP address
The IP address of the camcorder will be
displayed in the field IP ADDRESS on the
TOUCHSCREEN. If ‘-‘ is shown, then either
no network cable is connected or no IP
address has been (yet) assigned.

The HDMI button enables/disables the
external HDMI output at full resolution.
If the HDMI button is disabled (white)
then the VIEWFINDER is active and the
HDMI outputs provide a 852x600 signal,
identical to the VIEWFINDER.
When the HDMI button is enabled
(green) then the HDMI output provides
the same resolution as set on the sensor
(see Resolution page 13) and the
VIEWFINDER is blackened.
The HDMI output frequency depends on
the chosen frame rate (24/25/30/50/60
fps) and the corresponding setting HDMI
output frequency setting (see below).
