“CP31 starting up, please wait”.
EXP indicator
The EXP button will be lit red if auto
exposure is activated.
AF indicator
The AF button will be lit red if auto
exposure is activated.
WHT BAL indicator
The WHT BAL button will blink red while
the camera is performing a white
balance.
Files
The HDD/sdd will contain the following
files:
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX-left.avi
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX-left.jg
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX-right.avi
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX-right.jpg
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX.wav
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX.svi
• YYMMDD-HHMMSS-XX.txt
where
YY = Year (e.g. 2010 = 10)
MM = Month
DD = Day
HH = Hour (in 24 hour format)
MM = Minute
SS = Second
when the recording started
XX denotes the serial number of the
recording, starting with 00. If you record
longer than ~6 minutes then the camera
will automatically start a new set of files
so that each AVI file does not become
larger than 2 GB.
AVI Files
For each recording a left and right video
is recorded and each is saved as a AVI
file with the same number of frames.
JPEG Files
The jpg images are sample images of
the video files. The 5th frame is stored.
WAV File
The WAV file contains the recorded
audio.
