3.14.1 Edit 802.1x Setup
Click a port's index number in the 802.1x Setup screen to edit the port’s IEEE 802.1x settings.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Control When this field displays Auto , the SLC authenticates all subscribers before they
can access the network through this port.
When this field displays
Force Authorized , all connected users are allowed to
access the network through this port without authentication.
When this field displays
Force Unauthorized , all subscribers are denied access to
the network through this port.
Reauthentication This field displays whether ( On ) or not ( Off ) a subscriber has to periodically re-
enter his or her username and password to stay connected to the port.

This field displays how often a subscriber has to re-enter his or her username and
password to stay connected to the port.
