9.4 Port Command Examples
These are the commonly used commands that belong to the port group of commands.
9.4.1 Port Show Command
Syntax:
ras> lcman port show <slot>
where
The port show command shows the priority, PVID, modes and states of all SHDSL ports. An
example is shown next.
reauth <slot-
port> <on|off>
Sets the IEEE 802.1X re-
authentication option for specific
subscriber ports.
period <slot-
port> <seconds>
Sets the IEEE 802.1X re-
authentication period (60~65535) for
specific subscriber ports.
description show <slot>
Shows a DSL port(s) subscriber’s
descriptive name and telephone
number on a line card.
set <slot-port>
<name> <tel>
Records a DSL port(s) subscriber’s
descriptive name and telephone
number.
clear <slot-
port>
Removes a DSL port(s) subscriber’s
descriptive name and telephone
number.
igmpfprofile show
[<profile>]
Displays an IGMP filter profile’s
settings.
set <profile>
<index>
<startip>
<endip>
Configures an IGMP filter profile.
delete
<profile>
Removes an IGMP filter profile.
map <profile>
Displays which DSL ports reference
this IGMP filter profile.
igmpfilter show <slot>
Displays which IGMP filter profile a
line card’s DSL port(s) is using.
set <slot-port>
<profile>
Sets a DSL port(s) to use an IGMP
filter profile.
