15.10 Cleaning the Filter

CAUTION

If the filter attached to the air inlet is dirty, the air intake may be obstructed causing the
instrument to heat up and break down.

There is a filter attached to the air inlet on the rear panel of the 2560A.
Check the filter periodically to see that it is not clogged.

Removing the Filter

Turn off the 2560A.

Pull the lock buttons at the left and right edges of the filter cover toward you.

Pull them until you hear a click. This will release the lock.

Lock buttons

Pull the filter cover toward you.

The filter cover will come off.

Remove the filter from the filter cover.
